Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) WJA88 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through affiliated third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering a WJA88 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. WJA88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. WJA88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement) at any point, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. KYC is a standard compliance requirement and is not punitive in nature.
All WJA88 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Your account balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and withdrawal requests will all be displayed and processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted to the MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Most WJA88 withdrawals are processed within 3–5 minutes of approval for standard accounts; VIP account holders benefit from express processing. WJA88 does not artificially delay withdrawals. If a withdrawal is held for review, the affected player will be notified via their registered contact information.

In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10× wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus means RM 1,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are specified within each promotion's terms.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
WJA88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or engaging in other prohibited conduct designed to circumvent bonus terms.
WJA88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering requirements at the time of the change.
WJA88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only valid once confirmed on the platform and will not be accepted verbally or via any other channel. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections before confirmation.
Odds on all WJA88 sports markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major competitions — are set by our trading team and are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed at a given price, that price is locked in regardless of subsequent market movement, subject to the exceptions below.
WJA88 may void bets in the following circumstances: event cancellation, obvious pricing error, technical malfunction affecting bet recording, or confirmed fraud or manipulation of the underlying event. In the case of void bets, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

WJA88 is not liable for losses arising from disconnection during active play due to internet or device failure on the player's side. Zero Tolerance: WJA88 applies a zero-tolerance policy to fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Where prohibited conduct is identified, WJA88 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the associated balance, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
WJA88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes the account has been used in breach of these Terms, where a player has been identified as a potential problem gambler, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting WJA88 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC verification where required.
Where an account is terminated as a result of a breach of these Terms, WJA88 reserves the right to withhold any balance — including deposited funds and winnings — pending investigation. WJA88 will communicate the basis for any balance withholding to the affected player in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. WJA88 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policies. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
All content on the WJA88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of WJA88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use WJA88 content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit any WJA88 platform content without express prior written consent from WJA88.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WJA88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
WJA88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WJA88 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. While we maintain a 99.4% uptime target, we do not guarantee continuous availability and are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control (force majeure events).
Note: Nothing in this limitation of liability clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by WJA88's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Malaysian law.

In the event of any dispute between a player and WJA88, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through WJA88's internal complaints procedure. WJA88 undertakes to acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of an agreed neutral arbitration body. WJA88 will communicate the applicable arbitration process to any player pursuing a formal unresolved dispute.
